Most of the combo sleeves are made by first making a straight sleeve then putting one of the circle sleeve variations on top.

Above shows an elbow length straight sleeve with a half small circle sleeve over the bottom of it.

This is a similar sleeve but with the half circle sleeve taped over two cap sleeves.
